SALGBA Annual Reporting Forms |

In order to obtain certification a member candidate must complete and submit at least three credit applications within a five year period. These applications are mailed annually to those seeking to accumulate credits for certification and for re-certification, these are also available in the downloads section of the members only portion of this site. Applications are typically mailed to CGBA members in the month of December and are due in the SALGBA National Office no later than January 31st.
